Our salt is sourced from the largest underground salt mine in the world, located in Goderich, Ontario. This unique process results in mineral-rich and pure sea salt that’s free from fossil contaminants. The salt deposits in Lake Huron were formed over 400 million years ago by a shallow sea that covered much of North America. These deposits are rich in minerals and nutrients, making Lake Huron Sea Salt ideal for cooking and seasoning.
